Ken retired after nearly 30 years in consumer finance and banking and started his own company in 1998 providing investigative
services and risk analysis to various industries. He joined BNI in 2001 as a new member in a core group and over the next several
years served in several Leadership Team positions. In 2003 a BNI Ambassador opportunity became available and he became a member of
the Director Team. As the region grew there was a need to offer more support to the chapters and members and they needed to have
someone available to answer their questions and help resolve issues that arise from time to time. Ken feels very strongly about the
"Givers Gain" philosophy of BNI and the key to his success is a POSITIVE outlook, a love of his work and helping people.

As the Managing Area Director, Jenni's first priority is supporting Directors and Ambassadors. She also works with
and supports her own chapters. "What I like the most is the success that healthy and productive chapters can bring
to their members. I like seeing the interesting relationships that develop through BNI, and I enjoy the relationships
I get to build as the Managing Area Director. I joined BNI four years ago and in that first year, I wrote $1 Million
in premiums from BNI referrals! The reason I decided to become a Director was because Tuesday was always my
favorite day of the week - my chapter meeting day! Then I figured that by being a Director, I can start every
day of the week with BNI. Hey, it's a win-win!" |

Becoming an Assistant Director for SoCal BNI was an easy decision for Helen to make when the opportunity arose. Lem joined BNI in 2005. He used BNI as a platform to leave the safety of a corporation and start his own wellness company. Adding his own style to his business he successfully launched using BNI as his only form of marketing. Lem became a Director to help others throughout the SoCal region reach success using the BNI systems. Because of his passion for working with entrepreneurs he now is a representative of Quattro University which continually supplies him with more tools to support his chapters. These differences, subsequently, can open up the door to many synergistic opportunities. In addition, all my invaluable BNI training has enabled me to set realistic expectations for myself and the chapters that I support.”
Trent owns Upper Echelon - Fine Clothing for Gentlemen. He creates images and custom wardrobes for gentlemen throughout the country.

I joined BNI in April of 2005. I am the owner of Three D Roofing, Inc. Since joining BNI I have served as my chapters (Client Tell) secretary/treasure. I am currently its vice-president. I became a Ambassador in December 2007. I have been a director of two chapters since October 2008. Being a director, has enabled me to help give back to BNI, and at the same time, it has given me the opportunity to meet and network with some of the best people at SOCAL BNI. I consider being a part of BNI as one of my best professional decisions I have made, to help grow my business. I also have alot of fun.

the industry for my entire adult career. Now with over 10 years as a
Producer at Fullerton Insurance I love my chosen vocation! I've had

after Oscar parties, various movie premiers, as well as working with
